PAYMENT TERMS and REFUND POLICY 

I understand that there is a deposit of $600 dollars (per couple) to save our space in the training. I further understand that any and all remaining balances are due no later than December 1, 2023.  We have several forms of payment available. Please note that the preferred payment is via wire transfer, Zelle, or Venmo, in which case there is no fee. If you prefer to use a credit card or PayPal to make your payment, there is an additional 3% bank charge fee.


REFUND POLICY

A commitment to this retreat is a deep commitment to yourself. Because we have limited space available and costs in securing the venue and food, we have a strict refund policy. We very much understand that life events come up that are completely out of your control and we will work with you as much as we can should that happen.

The $600 deposit is non-refundable*. If something comes up, and you can no longer attend the retreat, you will receive a refund of your payment, minus the $600 deposit & transaction fees. Please note that after January 8, 2024, there are no refunds. 

  • If it turns out that we have someone a the waitlist able to take your place, then we will refund the full amount, including deposit.
  • If for any reason the event is canceled directly by the facilitators of the Shamanic Lovers Retreat, everyone will receive a FULL refund, including their $600 deposit.
 

REFUNDS FOR COVID POSITIVE RESULTS

If someone tests positive 2 weeks or less before the event, which must be documented by a health care provider, there are no refunds. However, your payment will be credited to a future retreat.

We all take this risk together, and take the steps needed to have a safe training. Please take all precautions at least 10 days before the retreat to minimize all exposure.
